Amongst other custom tailored coaching programs we design for a specific clientele in the public and private sectors, we also offer a coaching program, that has been specifically designed to re-model parenting style.
The “Start from the root” coaching program is the place to start from if you yourself have experienced a difficult upbringing and are now challenged by your children’s reactions towards your own upbringing. Many parents in an endeavour to spare their children the same problems they had with their own parents overdo in their parenting tasks or become too indulgent, not being able to set appropriate boundaries for their children. Sometimes parents are not aware of how their own unproductive upbringing is now affecting their parenting style and producing undesirable effects on their children and the family atmosphere in general.
“Start from the roots” is a self-exploratory coaching program for parents, who dare to challenge their own ingrained believes and views and feel ready for a perspective shift.
This program also helps you to better understand your own reactions, how these ones relate to your parents’ upbringing, characteristics and reactions and gives you tools and techniques to change some of the unproductive behaviour patterns you have acquired due to your own upbringing.
