PEC Model

Parents Empowerment Coaching - PEC - Model

The Parent Empowerment Coaching Model is based on a systemic coaching approach. We paid particular attention to the direct relationships between the different areas of the external and the internal aspects of an adult. The model has been researched and tried it relies on our observational and theoretical research in the areas of psychology, mentoring and counselling.

Our model is inspired by the writings and the research of Virginia Satir, Jean-Piaget, Roberto Assogli and Fritz Perls, amongst others. The model touches all pertinent areas that relate directly to “successful personal development”, thereby stimulating the healthy growing up of children and the successful parenting of adults. The model we have created is both concise and holistic. Combined with Coaching, it efficiently targets the unhealthy aspect of the interweaving relationships.

The Parents Empowerment Coaching Model provides a framework for coaching parents around the most important factors contributing to their children's success in life. It focuses on discovering the areas in which the child needs guidance from its parents and the skills the child needs to develop as well as the tool set that has to be acquired for personal achievement and success. This model has been developed after the careful study and research into the works of Virginia Satir and other prominent psychologists.
