I am not happy with the coaching can I cease the program even if I have agreed on the full length of the program?
If you are unhappy about the coaching we will firstly talk about what your requirements are and if we cannot come to a conclusion or the coaching does not benefit you, you can of course withdraw from the contractual agreement without having to pay for any further coaching session.
I would like to be coached but I do not have the money to pay for the prices listed here, can I claim a price reduction?
We are committed to helping families, if our service benefits you, but you are unable to pay the full amount we might be able to settle on a lower rate, especially so for single mothers, unemployed parents or parents and children suffering from another “malaise”.
Can I pay for the coaching at the end of the 4 months coaching period?
Sorry, but we require you to pay the coaching services on a monthly basis, as you do too, so do we have to pay for our monthly expenses and we hence require payment to be undertaken at the end of each month. Thank you for your understanding.
Do special rates apply for long-term coaching, that is if the coaching program exceeds the 4 months as mentioned in the Coaching services section?
Yes, if you do decide to be coached by us for more than 16 weeks special rates apply after the finishing of the first coaching cycle.
I am depressed and need desperately help to move on, can you help me?
Sorry, as much as we would like to help you depressions and severe cases of physical and mental "malaise" require you to visit a trained and licensed psychotherapist or other healthcare professional.
My child has a problem with drug addiction and I am afraid he/she will develop a criminal record, can you help?
Sorry, as much as we would like to help, this is a case in which you should rely on the help and guidance of a social worker, who will be able to integrate your child in a self-help program and guide your child out of this situation.
